JIS Group Collaborates with Bosch and Rexroth of Germany to inaugurate the JIS Bosch Rexroth Centre of Excellence on Fluid Power Control System at NiT
Lockdown Diaries :
- The deadly COVID-19 has compelled us to remain shut at home. There was a complete deadlock situation. But life had to move on and so were the other activities. Prime among them were academics and activities related development of students.
The Mechanical Engineering Department of Narula Insititute of Technology was committed to catering to these needs of the students’ right from day one of the shutdown. Not only education, but several initiatives such as Webinar sessions featuring experts from different domains delivered their address to enrich and educate the students. Host of webinar competitions were organised to inculcate the talents amongst them. Parent Teacher meets were held to discuss academic and other issues. Alumni get together was planned to hear from the formers and their status during these trying times.
All these and many other social activities have been depicted in the Departmental issue of the Newsletter from January to May 2020, along with an International Conference on “Future Trends and Technological Advancement in Engineering-2020” (ICFTTAE-2020), which was organized by Narula Institute of Technology on 31st January and 1st February 2020.
